These terms describe your use of Cookie Card Maker at cookiecardmaker.com. Please read them before using the service. For questions, contact support@cookiecardmaker.com.
The service
Cookie Card Maker helps you create printable cookie menu cards. Editing and previewing are available without an account. A verified sign-in is required for free PDF downloads. Check the preview and print a test before using a card.
Your content and permitted use
You retain ownership of the text, photos and logos you provide. Use only content you own or have permission to use. You may use your exported cards for personal gifts or your bakery business, provided you have the necessary rights to their content. Using this service does not give you rights to someone else’s trademarks, photographs or other materials.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, attempts to access another account, bypassing access controls or activity that disrupts the service. Keep your account credentials private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Violations, suspension and termination
If you breach these terms or misuse the service, we may issue a warning, restrict downloads, suspend access or terminate your account, depending on the severity and impact. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to address the issue. We may restrict access immediately when necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, harm to others or threats to service security.
You may dispute a restriction or termination by emailing support@cookiecardmaker.com with the subject “Account review”. We will review the information you provide and explain the outcome. Restrictions do not remove any consumer rights or remedies that apply by law. To request account closure yourself, follow the account and data request process in our Privacy Policy.
Ingredients, allergens and printing
You are responsible for checking all ingredient and allergen information, spelling, design content and printed output. The service does not verify food safety, dietary suitability or compliance with labeling requirements. Screen colors, paper and printer settings can affect the final result.
Downloads and availability
Free designs and PDFs are processed in your browser. Designs are not saved to your account. Temporary sign-in drafts and account information are described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copies of downloads. Network interruptions, maintenance and browser limitations may affect availability; we do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent design storage.
Current pricing and future purchases
The publicly available tool is currently free. Production purchases, subscriptions and paid Bakery Branding Pack downloads are not open. Development previews and sandbox transactions do not constitute a real purchase or grant production access.
If paid features become available, their price, included features, delivery conditions and applicable payment and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. A future paid feature will not automatically charge a free account. These terms do not promise a launch date or a particular refund period for an offering that is not yet available.
Problems and consumer rights
For access or download problems, contact support@cookiecardmaker.com with a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Any future purchase will be subject to the terms disclosed for that purchase; this page does not authorize charges for future features.
